If you are unable to pay the membership fee, you may request that the fee be lowered or waived. Your request should giveyour reason for requesting the reduction or waiver and be sent to the office of the Secretary-General.Please do not send personal checks. The bank fees are higher than the membership fee, in some cases. We request that you transfer the fee by Western Union. If you live in a country with a national section, please pay your dues to the Chair of your national section.
